Short lightly puffy sleeves with elastic openings.
Side metal zipper.
Material feels like a soft medium weight cotton
**Pictured with crinolines underneath to bring out the fullness of the skirt which are not included**
Condition: Good to very good vintage condition. There are some REALLY faint brownish/yellow marks through out (near hem and across shoulders and inside neckline) none of which pop or I think are even noticeable when you are wearing the dress. A good soak may clear these up (I have pictured some examples last two pics) some minor seam stress on the waist darts. A small popped seam between bodice and skirt that has been hand stitched so could use a neaten up.
Please note that this is a vintage dress and as such the seams are raw (not overlooked) so there will be typical wear such as threads and light fraying to these areas - this does not impact the dress in the slightest as they are only on the inside and can easily be trimmed up.
It's 60 years old, please don't expect perfection.
Measurements: Bust: 36 inches Waist: 28 inches (firm) Hips: Open Shoulder to waist: 14 1/2 inches Waist to hem: 27 inches
IMPORTANT - Please Read: Please remember all vintage clothing is up to and over 50 years old, whether previously worn or new old stock you cannot expect as new condition.
Please note vintage clothing has been stored for a long time, some dresses could use a dry cleaning freshen up due to storage. Under NO circumstances should you machine wash vintage clothing unless recommended by the experts (Dry Cleaners) and then preference would be given to a very gentle hand wash. Machine washing is NOT recommended for vintage clothes and you wash them at your own risk
